Nick Rigby is an Analyst at Fairmount Partners. He joined the firm in 2026.

Experience:

Prior to joining Fairmount, Nick was a Deals Associate in EY–Parthenon’s Philadelphia office. In
this role, he supported mergers and acquisitions by executing financial due diligence
engagements, with a primary focus on quality of earnings analysis and net working capital
advisory. Nick is also a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Education: 

Nick earned his B.S. in Finance and MBA from Juniata College, where he was a member of the
Men’s Basketball Team and was recognized as the Landmark Conference Senior Scholar-
Athlete.
