Michael Falcone is an Associate at Fairmount Partners. He joined the firm in 2023.

 

Experience:

Before joining Fairmount, Michael served as a Consultant in CFGI's Valuation Practice in Philadelphia. His role involved conducting equity and enterprise valuations, as well as purchase price allocations in accordance with ASC 805. Prior to that, Michael gained valuable experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP within the Asset & Wealth Management Assurance group, where he assisted in the audits of registered investment companies and alternative funds.

Education: 

Michael received his B.S. in Accounting from West Chester University.
