Fred Tuccillo is an Associate at Fairmount Partners. He joined the firm in 2026.

 

Experience:
Prior to joining Fairmount, Fred was an Associate Vice President at Sharp Financial, a lower middle market investment bank, where he advised privately held companies on both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements across a variety of industries. Prior to his role at Sharp Financial, Fred worked as an Associate in KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services group, where he performed valuations of tangible assets, including commercial real estate, machinery and equipment, and other specialty assets, in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financial reporting engagements.
 
Education:

Fred earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.
