Ryan Richard is an Associate at Fairmount Partners. He joined the firm in 2021.

 

Experience:

Prior to joining Fairmount, Ryan worked as an Associate at Outcome Capital in the Washington D.C. metro area, where he worked on sell-side M&A transactions for companies operating in Technology and Government Services sectors. As an Associate, Ryan was responsible for leading due diligence efforts and creating go-to-market materials for clients. Prior to his role at Outcome Capital, Ryan worked as an Analyst at Mirus Capital Advisors in the Boston area primarily supporting sell-side M&A transactions for clients operating in the lower middle market.

 

Education:

Ryan received his M.S. in Finance from Villanova University and his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
