Mr. Herrington is an Analyst at Fairmount Partners. Prior to joining Fairmount Partners full-time, Mr. Herrington worked at Fairmount as a summer intern, where he was responsible for providing support to several Fairmount transactions. Prior to his internship, Mr. Herrington was a financial marketing assistant at Transit Systems, Inc., where he was responsible for managing the company’s paid search engine optimization account, and complete marketing budget.

Mr. Herrington earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with concentrations in Marketing and Finance, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Matt spent four years on Penn’s NCAA Division I wrestling team, where he achieved All-American status, and ranked second in the country during his senior year. He was also a four time National Champion in Greco-Roman wrestling.
