Mr. Smith is a Vice President at Fairmount Partners. Prior to joining Fairmount in April 2005, Mr. Smith served as an Associate at Brentwood Capital Advisors and as a Financial Analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co. Mr. Smith has over five years of experience focused on providing financial advisory services to rapidly growing middle-market companies in the healthcare services, industrial technology, technology services, business services, distribution, and education sectors. He has been a key member of deal teams that have executed mergers & acquisitions and advised on equity, mezzanine debt, and senior debt financings totaling more than $1 billion.

Mr. Smith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, magna cum laude, from Loyola College in Maryland.
