Christina M. Halliday is a vice president at Fairmount Partners. Ms. Halliday has worked on various transactions for Fairmount in the IT services, technology, health care, and industrial sectors involving mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, fairness opinions, and financial/strategic advisory assignments.

Prior to joining Fairmount, Ms. Halliday was an analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group within the Corporate Finance Division of Investec Inc., where she was responsible for performing financial analysis and due diligence for middle-market, emerging growth companies. Ms. Halliday began her career as an accountant and spent six years at Investec and its predecessor, PMG Capital Corp., where she ultimately held the position of controller. As controller, she was responsible for the preparation and analysis of the company's financial statements, regulatory reporting, and tax and audit coordination.

Ms. Halliday earned her M.B.A. with a concentration in finance and her B.S. in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. She also is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
