Dr. Gleason specializes in mergers and acquisitions and capital raises for middle market companies, primarily for the pharmaceutical outsourced services, healthcare and biotechnology industries.

Previously, Cecilia was an Assistant Vice President within the corporate finance healthcare groups of Investec Inc. and its predecessor, PMG Capital Corp. She has completed transactions in all areas of investment banking, including several private and public offerings outside of healthcare in the business services and technology sectors. Prior to investment banking, Cecilia was a finance associate for Pfizer Inc.’s Animal Health Group, and also worked within the environmental consulting division of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).

Cecilia holds a Ph.D. in Cell Biology from the University of Virginia, and also earned an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Colgate Darden School of Business Administration. She received her B.A. from the University of Virginia, where she was an Echols Scholar.
