Photon-X Completes Sale of Business
MALVERN, Pa. – Dec. 31, 2003 – Photon-X, Inc., a provider of integrated polymer photonics for optical communications, completed the sale of its business to a private group of investors.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Previous investors in the Company included InterWest Partners, The Infrastructure Fund, Center Point Ventures, JDS Uniphase and Goldman Sachs.
Principals of Fairmount Partners acted as advisors to Photon-X in the transaction.
