Horvath Communications Completes Sale of Certain Tower Assets to Global Signal

CONSHOHOCKEN, Penna. – May 25, 2005 – Horvath Communications, Inc., a leading developer and manager of wireless communications towers in the Midwest, has successfully completed a sale of certain tower assets to a subsidiary of Global Signal, Inc., based in Sarasota, Florida. Horvath Communications continues to own over 50 towers and to manage an additional 500 sites, with another 30 sites in development. Fairmount Partners acted as advisor to Horvath Communications in the sale transaction.

Horvath Communications, based in South Bend, Indiana, develops and operates telecommunications towers for wireless carriers. The company’s principal, Jackie Horvath, has established Horvath Communications as a leading developer and manager of sites in the greater Indiana and Chicagoland region.
