West Conshohocken, PA – February 1, 2006 – LLR Partners Inc., a leading Philadelphia based private equity firm, finalized their acquisition of Maxwell Systems, Inc., the nation's leading provider of business management software to the construction and commercial property management industries. In addition to revitalizing the capital structure, the acquisition of Maxwell will allow funds to be earmarked for growth initiatives, including further expansion into the construction and commercial property management markets and possible industry acquisitions.
Fairmount Partners of West Conshohocken, PA served as financial advisor, and structured and negotiated the transaction on behalf of Maxwell Systems.
