Rockville, MD – Artech Information Systems, LLC (“Artech”) announced today the acquisition of EDGE Professional Services, LLC (“EDGE”), a Washington D.C. based information technology services firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Artech, headquartered in Cedar Knolls, NJ, is a minority and women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) that provides Workforce Solutions, IT Consulting and Outsourced Project Services. Founded in 1992, Artech employs over 5,200 professionals and maintains over 20 locations across the US, India, China and Mexico.
