HATFIELD, PA – April 18, 2008 – CFC Logistics, Inc., a subsidiary of Clemens Development, LLC, closed on a $16,000,000 term loan with Univest National Bank and Trust Co. for its 250,000 square foot cold storage warehouse in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Clemens Development, LLC is a real estate subsidiary of The Clemens Family Corporation which owns Hatfield Quality Meats, Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of fresh and processed quality pork products such as hams, bacon, sausage, hot dogs and deli meats.
